Latin term or phrase: tituli minores

I am translating a text from Polish into English. It is about a medieval parish church and there is a sentence about a 'sub-church', or secondary church. I would like to use 'tituli minores', as this is what is used in the "New Advent Catholic Encyclopedia" ( http://tinyurl.com/2b6jnd section III, end of para. 1).

However, this is the plural form and what I need is the singular. Could someone help, please, by giving me the correct, singular form to use within an English text?

Explanation:
I think the plural forms "tituli" or "tituli minores" are more commonly used (http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/03041a.htm), but if you wanted to use the singular it would be "titulus" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Titulus) or "titulus minor" (there are few references to the latter)
