Explanation:
In the absence of any other contextal indication save Accounting, I take 'libro' here in the sense of '(account) book, ledger', a sense which is sometimes found in good Latin but is more commonly expressed by its diminutive 'libellus'.

'Ex libro' is an ablative of accordance.
