Il s'agit d'une abréviation en bas d'un décret (en latin) de la Congrégation pour les Evêques. L'abréviation se situe en bas à gauche du document, après la fin du corps du texte, sur la même ligne que la signature et au-dessus d'une mention "conforme à l'original" du service des archives.
