El sentido es que el dedicante (Tiberio Claudio Hermes) ofrece en cumplimiento de su voto (ob votum) el relieve de la teoctonía del dios Mitra (dei typum). Creo que hay un error en la transcripción de Cl(audio), que en latín debería estar en nominativo (Cl(audius).

Sí, exactamente, Berbeito: "dei typum" es la figura o imagen del dios Mitra representada en el relieve donde se encuentra la inscripción de la dedicatoria.
