Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) | | Latvian term or phrase: servitūts | Es sev par pārsteigumu atklāju, ka TTC Civillikuma tulkojumā ir rakstīts "servitude". Man likās, ka angliski ir "easement"? Wikipedijā rakstīts, ka "equitable servitude" dažviet tiek lietots kā sinonīms. Kāds būtu pareizais tulkojums.

Asker: Es ceru, ka par easement ir pareizi, jo es tā jau paspēju ierakstīt un aizsūtīt, bet servitus noteikti nav vīr.dz. Tieši pretēji par varētu teikt! Un itāļu servitu (nozīme tā paša kā latv. servitūts) arī ir siev. dz.
