Latvian term or phrase: treso telefonu nemis neesot, neesot zinajis, ka to panem
Apsudzetas NAME1 liecinaja, ka sevi par vainīgu uzraditaja apsudziba atzist pilnigi bet no liecinata secinams ka sevi par vainīgu uzraditaja apsudziba atzist daleji, ka esot nozadzis, ieprieks zadzibu neesot planojis, bet ta ka nav varejis norekinaties ar eiro, tad telefonus panemis, treso telefonu nemis neesot, neesot zinajis, ka to panem NAME2.

I would like to understand what is the meaning of this phrase.
I have to edit the translation of this text in Romanian, but this phrase is very vague and it really has no sense in Romanian version, so I thought I could try to get the meaning from the original text. Unfortunately I don't speak Latvian and I could not get the meaning using a dictionary, so I am kindly asking some help (only in English please) here.
