Latvian term or phrase: priekšnodoklis
How do the bodies of the European Union translate this Latvian term in either English or French? I found this word in a Latvian document from the Commission within this context : "vienotās likmes lauksaimnieku starppateriņu [nodoklis], jeb priekšnodoklis"
The first 3 words are in English "flat-rate farmers" or in French "agriculteurs forfaitaires", I have checked it and am certain of the right translation above.
What is in French a "prétaxe"?
Thank you in advance for your kind answers
