agree  Deimante Paulauskaite: Tarp "multi-mandate" ir "multi-member" nera skirtumo, lygiai taip pat kaip ir tarp "constituency" ir "electoral district", bet zodis "electoral" reikalingas, nes jis reiskia "rinkimu". Nesutinku su Gintauto pvz. "elektoratas" tai ne "apygarda".
