It doesn't come directly from the Lithuanian Labour Code, but such catch all phrases are common in Lithuanian legal practice. US law can't use them. It has to be written out, which is why US contracts are so long. The problem in the US is that the published laws mean little, everything is decided by precident and discretion. Therefore everything has to be in the contract as there is no higher authority, like in Lithuania, which uses civil law rather than common law.
