Lithuanian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) | | Lithuanian term or phrase: nustatė, nurodė, pabriežė | Nezinau kuria forma versti.
Teisėjų kolegija
nustate:
[.......]
Nurodė, kad [....]
Pabriežė, kad [...]
Tas pats ir su pareiškėju/atsakovu:
Nurodė, kad [....]
Pabriežė, kad [...]
Kaip man versti: "It (entity) emphasized that" ar "it was emphasized that", ar dar kaip nor kitaip....??? |
Mano nuomone:
The chamber of judges (teisėjų kolegija):
stated (nustatė)
pointed out (nurodė)

Explanation: Well, nustate has a definite translation, established, the other two, as I understand it, do not. I would use indicated and stressed, but that is just personal, not based on a tried and true source. My wife is a lawyer and she is the one who says it is established for nustate.
