In the Tarptautiniu zodziu žodynas, the aligninas entry refers the reader to ligninas which appears to refer to cellulose.

One interesting thing is that 33141115-9 Medicininė vata is translated as medical wadding while 33141117-3 Vata is translated as cotton wool. Note that Medicininė vata is missing from the webmail list. Therefore my guess is that the technical translation for Medicininis aligninas is 33141115-9 medical wadding. I would still be very careful with this term and find out how the client defines it since it seems that there is some serious variances.
