Kosongkan satu petak antara tiap-tiap perkataan atau pangkal nama.
Untuk menjimatkan ruang, gunakan singkatan seperti di bawah:
a. BIN menjadi B
b. BINTI menjadi BT
c. ANAK LELAKI menjadi A / L
d. ANAK PEREMPUAN menjadi A / P
e. ANAK KEPADA menjadi A / K
