What does "Peraliaan" Means?
from Sekolah Menengah Tok Perdana.

Year of Entry: 1992, Form: Remove, Stream: ___
Explanation:
I think the word should be 'Peralihan'. This really means 'transition'. In Malaysia, the national schools use the Malay language as the medium of instruction, but there are also many schools using Mandarin, Tamil and Arabic as the medium of instruction. Primary school students from these schools who want to enter the national secondary schools would need to go through an additional year of transition during which they need to adjust to the language change. In English, this is typically referred to here as the "Remove" year.
