1. i understand it as asking for the name of the source of the payer of the fees (and probably of the deposit [cagaran] as well), i.e. the name of the person/institution making the fee payment.
2. DEPro = Dewan Eja Pro (the DBP (dewan bahasa & pustaka) bundled software consisting of dictionaries [m / m-e / e-m], technical glossaries and grammar & spellcheckers).

correction: "the source of the payer" should read "the source OR the payer"

sorry, i didn't totally get yr question before. :)
the other meaning of "sumber" is "resource".
perhaps that is what is meant here, to be understood in this context as fee for "(material) resources". |

Asker: Thank you for your very prompt reply. I know that "sumber" means "source" but I do not understand how it would apply here. What kind of fee is it? Also, I don't understand what the reference is to: "DEPro".
Asker: As I said, it is a fee, i.e. an amount of money. I.e. from the itemized list of amounts that I indicated in the context I gave.
Asker: Thank you for your patient help.
You may be right, i.e. it is a Resources Fee that is being referred to. However, I will wait to see if this is confirmed before I close the question.
