Malay term or phrase: (handwritten abbreviation)
On the top right hand corner of two Malaysian birth certificates:

S/D: followed by a four digit number, an oblique stroke and the year. E.g.: S/D: 1234/76

and below That S/N: -- also followed by an number. Eg.: S/NO: 1234/76.

I would be very grateful for any help here.
