Malay term or phrase: kaci pecen lu selatut pelak

A Chinese sailing vessel is beached on an island off Jepara in a typhoon. The crew is calling for help and says, "Hao, tolong, kaci pecen lu selatut pelak." I can't work out the meaning of the last part.

'kaci pecen' is a fish with one eye closed, which may refer to a dolphin
'lu' is Chinese/Javanese for 'I', 'my', 'me' etc
