evaporation

Explanation:
"Evaporation" ialah apabila air bertukar menjadi wap, i.e. process of water changing to vapour.

Sebaliknya "Condensation" ialah apabila wap bertukar menjadi air semula, yakni "pemeluwapan" iaitu berlawanan dengan "penyejatan".

"Condensation" is the process of vapour or steam changing back into water, which is the opposite of "evaporation" or "penyejatan".

volatilization or evaporation

Explanation:
There is not a lot of difference between volatilize and evaporate -- except that they tend to be used in different contexts. You may find that volatilize is used more in relation to oils than to water-based liquids.

See The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition:-

vol·a·til·ize
intr. & tr.v.
To become or make volatile.
To evaporate or cause to evaporate.

e·vap·o·rate
v. tr.
To convert or change into a vapor.
To draw off in the form of vapor.
To draw moisture from, as by heating, leaving only the dry solid portion.
To deposit (a metal) on a substrate by vacuum sublimation.

I hope that helps
