Asker: I checked again, it really does say шүүхийн туслах. However the full context is:
БАТЛАВ
ХХХ дүүргийн
шүүхийн туслах
шүүгч [signature] /xxxxx/
Does this make it clearer, or do you still think the position is incorrect?
Asker: What you say makes a lot of sense. However, the document is from 2005. The reason I didn't copy the whole expression is that шүүхийн туслах is handwritten, and шүүгч is printed on the line below, after which the signature is written. All of this is in the upper left corner, as usual. Still, associate judge might be the best term.
