-сугай is the suffix for the imperative form of verb. In other words, you can translate it as "Present the (draft) order to the Prosecutor to ...".

what I was most interested in is the suffix -sugai. I think in this context the taniltsuulax is more in the sense of informing the prosecutor (present, submit are ok but I'm not sure). What I DO need your input on is what you would translate the suffix as....

In fact, I think this particular sentence in Mongolian is very poorly written. I would be interested to know how Orhon translates it into English.

To my understanding, the court ruling is sent to the Prosecutor mainly because it orders the Prosecutor to submit any further evidences or proposals for the case within a certain period of time of the court order date. Any thoughts on this?
