Mongolian term or phrase: таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээ
I'm working on a couple of police documents, and I come across two expressions all the time: "цагдан хорих таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээ" and "батлан даалтанд өгөх /өгөхөөр/ таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээ". I posted both of them also as separate questions because I really want to get to the bottom of this. So; what do these three expressions mean exactly and what is the difference between them.
I have previously asked about and subsequently translated "цагдан хорих таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээ" as (preventive) detention order. But I'm confused now. Please help me out here!

preventive measures

Explanation:
There are 5 types of preventive measures provided in the Criminal Procedure Code of Mongolia. (See Article 62 of the CPC)
"батлан даалтанд өгөх /өгөхөөр/ таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээ" and "цагдан хорих таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээ" are two of them.

The problem is that if you translate "таслан сэргийлэх арга хэмжээ" as "restraint", then it would mean "arrest/detention" only, while the Mongolian term covers not only "arrest/detention", but also 4 other measures, including "bail" and "pledge". So, it should not be only "restraint", but "preventive measures" covering all the five measures specified in the Criminal Procedure Code.

restraint, or restraint measure

Explanation:
Restraint is general term that is divided into 5 types: guarantee not to leave the place of residence; to put on guarantee; take any property for bail, to hand over military servicemen to his/her boss for probation; last and most serious restraint measure is detention restraint.

restraint could confer more the Mongolian term taslan sergiileh arga hemjee while preventive measures might be more equivalent to American or British term. As you know, sometimes there are many legal terms that the equivalent does not exist either in Mongolian or American legal understanding. All the measures including bail and pledge in Taslan sergiileh arga hemjee, in anyway, putting restraint on the individual's right or liberty or putting legal liability if that restraint measure is breached...
Or else, orhon is not satisfied ... you could find it better ...PREVENTIVE RESTRAINT MEASURE....
