Who would this be? (Context EBShKh 35) There is an answer from 2006. I'd like to know if it still stands, or if another term is used in translations of the CPC.

Notes to answerer
Asker: OK, but what is the difference between the "inquiry officer" and the "investigator" (mordon baitsaagch). Both of them occur in the text and as I'm translating into Swedish, I need a clear, but brief explanation of their respective roles. Help in this regard is deeply appreciated.
