Explanation: Ner -- name
-qui -- -less (suffix)
Etymology -- usually people give nice names to their children, eg. heroic names to boys or beautiful names (flowers, sun, moon) to girls. In some case, for example, families who have lost many babies, decide to give a less attractive name to their new baby. This way they hoped not attract evil spirits. "Nergui" -- "Nameless", because not loved, and therefore evil spirits don't have to take this baby. An extreme case is a name such as "Muu nohoi" -- "bad dog".
