Normally, Commander of the Border Company have 2 deputies one is for training (сургалт хариуцсан орлогч), another one is for information, culture and propagandism (мэдээлэл, соёл, сурталчилгаа хариуцсан орлогч). In some companies, they have deputy for logistics. So they are deputies to the commander, but not deputy commander, in a sense in Mongolian meaning in Border Force referes.
