Hard to say but the second line could be:

Det kommer fra Guds hand/hånd = it´s coming from God´s hand.

The first line might be:

Her = here
jager = chase/hunt in present tence

mil has no meaning
if it is "min" then it means "my"

wan has no meaning
if it is "venn" then it means "friend" in English. ("vän", could also be a word for "friend")
