Hard to say but the second line could be: Det kommer fra Guds hand/hånd = it´s coming from God´s hand. The first line might be: Her = here jager = chase/hunt in present tence mil has no meaning if it is "min" then it means "my" wan has no meaning if it is "venn" then it means "friend" in English.
