I assume that "trekkeier" means the body/party responsible for making the deduction (tax authorities/employer/National Insurance etc).... |

Brigid, I think "deduction recipient" is probably a better choice, given its greater popularity. I can't see any difference among the classes of users, etc., to recommend "deduction payee". |
