Explanation:
Can't say whether 'tighten torque to 35 Nm' would make sense to a Brit mechanic, but I dare say 'tighten bolts to a torque of 35 Nm' would. If you need a general term for momenttrekking, torque tightening (as opposed to angle tightening for one) should work.
