As I understand you, your main question here is how to interpret the 'felles'-part of 'fellesrydding'.

I would think that there are quite a few different operators and entrepeneurs on the site, and this refers to a kind of joint effort between all of them at given times. It *might* include some kind of 'Dont ask whose junk this is, just get rid of it'-regime, but there is no direct indication of that.
