Norwegian to English translations [PRO]

As you might know, the verb "sparkle" means to even out walls and the like with a spackling compound. What you have here is the addition of "inn-" as a prefix to a verb where the action involves something going into something, in this instance the spackling compound going into a gap or crack. It must be noted that my suggestion is for U.S. English. I recognize that the U.K. variant might be different ("puttying" etc.), and I have no idea what would be used among you folks in Oz. :-) |
