I andre fagmiljoeer brukes betegnelsen om enhver svingehandelse som kan tillskrives utfiklingen av tidsmiddelverdien av en last-komponent (for eksempel i loefteretningen)...
Does anyone know how to express the above term, please - could it be time-lag value? That would be my guess, but if anyone knows a term in the 'wind' industry to suit this, it would be appreciated!
