Norwegian term or phrase: fremheve
Again, this is a quote from the 1800s. This time it's the verb tense I'm not sure about: "Den nærmest iøinefaldende egenskab ved den unge Kunstnerindes Sang fremheve stemmetimbrens sjelden behagelige og udtryksfulde Kvalitet"

perfect tense?
