During (I løpet av)

Explanation:
It is an abbreviation, not the most common one to use, for the phrase ''i løpet av'', meaning during.

Explanation:
This is a very unofficial abbreviation for i løpet av, which strictly means in the course of, but more likely means within or before. Stuff should be done ila 2 weeks = within a time period of 2 weeks, stuff should be done.

The exact meaning should be taken from the context. "I'll need your answer 'ila' tomorow" means withing tomorrow, while "I need the job to be done 'ila' June" means during the period that is June. In the source text, it is clearly 'within' a year after delivery.
