Explanation:
Sometimes the source text is so useless it hardly warrants translation. This is counterproductive, so wnat can you do? When the source text is 82% unintelligible, should not the target for the target text be the same 82%?
You cannot enter meaning into the translation that wasn't there in the first place. That would require qualified guesswork.
Let me also note that while the term was 'inngår i/består', the important 'av' was lost on the way. Inngår i means to form a part of; består av means to consist of. Inngår i applies to the individual elements; består av applies to the whole. It is meaningless to apply both terms to the same component, unless that's exactly what is going on: A water heater consists of several components, and may yet form a part of a larger whole.
