Norwegian to English translations [PRO] General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters / Police | | Norwegian term or phrase: Phs | I've got this police repport about a car accident and the policeman writes that he went to patrole the area with pb X and Phs. Y, and I know the pb abbreviation, but I don't know the other one.
