Asker: I was on the same track, Bjørnar, but I think I've now nailed it intermunicipal compay/cooperation. See for example: old.ks.no/uoddb/docs/2589_054001Sammendrag%20og%20konklusjoner_english1512.pdf . BTW - what are YOU doing here so early on a Saturday?!!
