The phrase "uavløpt risikopremie" appears in a news report on quarterly results for Bluewater Insurance ASA at http://tinyurl.com/y3f5g9e. I haven't found an English translation for that particular quarterly report, but "unexpired risk premium" does appear in a subsequent Bluewater report at the first reference link below.
This example from Lloyd's appears in the second reference link below:
"An Unexpired Risk Provision must be provided where the expected value of claims and claims management expenses attributable to the unexpired periods of policies in force at the balance sheet date exceeds the unearned premiums provision in relation to such policies after deduction of any deferred acquisition costs."
