Norwegian term or phrase: ved lagring eller oppbevaring

Innbo og løsøre som tilhører andre er ikke omfattet ved lagring eller oppbevaring

do they not both mean storage, or am I missing a crucial difference? I just wanted to translate "ved lagring eller oppbevaring" with "if items are in storage"
