(sentralbankloven)/Act of 24 May 1985 relating to Norges Bank and the Monetary System etc. Follow the second link to the Norges Bankl site and then look for "About Norges Bank" and follow to a link for "Legislation." (The translation is linked from the University of Oslo's list of translated legislation at http://www.ub.uio.no/cgi-bin/ujur/ulov/sok.cgi.)

At Chapter II, paragraph 10, of the Act, "saklig avgrensede" is translated as "delimited".
