Norwegian to English translations [PRO]

Norwegian term or phrase: Leien forfaller til betaling pr. 30 dager, etter fakturadato.
This is from a lease contract. Am I right in assuming that the payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice? And why the comma? Is that just erroneous punctuation, or does it change the meaning in any way?
