Norwegian to English translations [Non-PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Commercial Lease | | Norwegian term or phrase: OMSETNINGSBASERT VEDERLAG | "Dersom den faktiske omsetning gir et beregnet Omsetningsbasert Vederlag som er lavere enn det garanterte minstebeløpet, skal Kontraktsparten yte det garanterte minstebeløpet som Omsetningsbasert Vederlag, uavhengig av størrelsen på faktisk omsetning."
I know that the lease is a Percentage Lease...
But, in context, this seems more like the term "Sales-based Rent", a term used in the US to a certain degree, I believe.
Is there another term for it - The literal translation "Revenue based Renumeration" seems a bit wordy, and in some paragraphs doesn't fit quite right, since the term is used repeatedly in a few clauses.
Any feedback is much appreciated! |
