I just noticed that this appears to be in the context of a lease agreement. If so, then collateral may not be appropriate here, but rather
"Provision of Financial Guarantee" would be more appropriate.

agree  Per Bergvall: As a heading, it works well - but please refrain from a glossary entry, as these are nothing like synonyms. Sikkerhet (in context) is collateral.
