Norwegian term or phrase:Clarification of sentence please
Ved leietakers konkurs trer boet inn i denne avtale dersom leietaker har tiltrådt bruken av lokalet
før åpningen av bobehandlingen og ikke boet senest 4 uker etter åpningen av bobehandlingen
erklaærer at det ikke vil tre inn i og stiller leieobjektet til utleiers disposisjon, jfr. dekningslovens
§§ 7-10 og 7-6.
Explanation: The sentence may be long and convoluted, but nothing missing IMO and it makes perfect legal sense as it is.
If the tenant goes bust, his bo/estate - represented by his trustee or receiver - will join in and take over the tenancy.
tiltrådt bruken av lokalet - if the tenant has first entered into possession or been 'vested with the use' of the premises.
før åpningen av bobehandlingen = before adjudication of (pers.) bankruptcy or (corp.) insolvency if the tenant is a company which, in E&W, will have a winding-up order made against it.
'(dersom) ikke boet senest 4 uker etter åpningen av bobehandlingen erklærer at det ikke vil tre inn i og stiller leieobjektet til utleiers disposisjon':
unless the trustee gives notice within 4 weeks of adjudication of bankruptcy that he ('it' as the estate figuratively) will not enter into possession and make the demised premises available to the landlord (e.g. will let the tenant stay in possession)
The sentence should fall into place if you add dersom half way through and read bo not the abstract way as the 'estate' but, tangibly, as the person representing the estate e.g. like the bobestyret/committee of inspection of a co.

Hi Stephen. I don't have an answer for you, although I'm guessing there's a word or two missing in the middle. Even with the addition of commas here, this Norwegian sentence doesn' t seem to be entirely coherent.
Is there a term question in here somewhere? Assisting with your understanding of a complete sentence isn't really within the scope of the Kudoz instrument as we know it...

The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability.
