Norwegian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) | | Norwegian term or phrase: tiltakshaver | So far, I've been calling it "originator" in this context. But that might be the wrong thing to say.
The definition according to the document:
både den som faktisk gjennomfører innførsel eller utsetting i henhold til denne forskriften, samt den som er ansvarlig for virksomheten;
both the person who actually conducts the import or release according to these regulations, and whoever is responsible for the business;
Here's some examples:
The following information about the originator and the applied organism shall be included by the application:
The responsible authority may order the originator to cover all costs in connection with the shipment, including costs in connection with identification, safeguarding, and return of organisms, if the requirements in the first paragraph are not met.
If the application is missing information or research that is necessary to reach a decision, the application is returned to the originator. |
