Norwegian term or phrase: domstolsapparat
The second sentence seems to contradict the first sentence here. If the user has to pay 4 times the court fee to the company (1st sentence), how can it then be cheaper for the user to use the company than going through the court system (2nd sentence). Have I missed something here??

the judicial system
Explanation:
Rettsgebyr is a set fee, and this matter also discusses an appeal fee in the amount of four times the court fee. The judicial system has no such set fees, and can assign whatever amount may please the court on the day. For an alternative, the 'court system' would work well too.
