Stopperen tar nå opp wirekraften og arbeidet med UTEJAKLING av bøye, og senere løfting av ankeret kan påbegynnes.

The quality of the scanned document is really bad, that's all I could figure out. I'm not sure if it's utejakling, it's almost illegible. Any ideas?
