This is an awful paragraph, full of typos and it's causing a nightmare, particularly the following sentence, marked **xxx**:
Går nå så ned med et flexibelt og regid laryngoscop og ser at det i området fra der epiglottis er borte **motfalt bilat.der stramme arrdrag mot cricoidbruksen**. Får fint scopet gjennom denne spalten og ser på relativt normale stemmebånd med symmetrisk bevegelighet.

I believe that cricoidbruksen is a typo and that's cricoid box, but does anyone know what 'motfalt' is? Could this be 'mitfalt', which appears to be German in fact (there is another German-looking word in the text, maybe because one of the doctors is German-based).
Any advice or ideas would be appreciated asap.
