Norwegian to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general)
Norwegian term or phrase: ingen kl
The text is the same "journalnotat" as in my previous question, i.e. from Skadeseksjonen på Legevakten (Ortodepisk avdeling):

Us: Hevelse ve. håndledd, ingen tydelig rubor, lett calor. Hevelse over MCP-ledd 2-4, ingen sikker rubor og lett calor også her. Full ekst. i fingre, red. fleksjon.

Later there is a summary in English, I am providing this context too in case you can figure out from there what "kl" in the Norwegian text means:
2-3 days gradual onset of pain in left wrist and hand. No trauma, however has used her hands a lot when taking care of grandchild. Swelling left wrist and MCP-joints 2 - 4. Reduced movement. Temperature 36,4. CRP 17. X-ray negative.
Suspects non-bacterial inflammatory arthritis. Treatment nsaids (diklofenac) and follow-up in home country. X-rays on cd.

Explanation:
The Kellgren-Lawrence (KL) radiographic grading system is widely used in studies of osteoarthritis (OA).
Seems that this was evaluated in the case you translated.
