The text is the same "journalnotat" as in my previous question, i.e. from Skadeseksjonen på Legevakten (Ortodepisk avdeling):

Us: Hevelse ve. håndledd, ingen tydelig rubor, lett calor. Hevelse over MCP-ledd 2-4, ingen sikker rubor og lett calor også her. Full ekst. i fingre, red. fleksjon. Det virker å være intraartikulær hevelse i håndledd og MCP-ledd 2, 3 og 4. Diffus hevelse i hånd og fingre.

V/T: Mistenker artritt i håndledd og MCP-ledd. Ikke holdepunkter for bakteriell/septisk artritt. Forsøker nsaids (ingen kl). Pasienten reiser snart hjem til XXX og tar kontakt med egen lege for videre oppfølging og utredning. Dersom økende smerter, rødhet og hevelse el feber/alm. sympt. bør hun ta rask kontakt med lege.

2-3 days gradual onset of pain in left wrist and hand. No trauma, however has used her hands a lot when taking care of grandchild. Swelling left wrist and MCP-joints 2 - 4. Reduced movement. Temperature 36,4. CRP 17. X-ray negative.
Suspects non-bacterial inflammatory arthritis. Treatment nsaids (diklofenac) and follow-up in home country. X-rays on cd.
