"Once the cells have been counted, seed no less than 1 million per sterile bacterial petri dish (or as many as 4 million if you want to use them really soon). I would not use the cells for an experiment at this stage. They will still expand if given the chance, so it is a waste of cells. You can seed 4 to 5 petri dishes." |
