Por omissão, o menu Ficheiro do Word apresenta uma lista dos quatro ficheiros editados mais recentemente. Se quizer ver mais ficheiros na lista ( ou menos ), basta seleccionar Ferramentas -> Opções e clicar no separador Geral, na CAIXA DE DIÁLOGO Opções. Clique nas setas à direita da caixa ‘Lista dos ficheiros utilizados recentemente’ para aumentar ou diminuir o número de ficheiros mostrados. Ou deixe a caixa em branco para desactivar a lista, se preferir. Faça OK para implementar a alteração.»
