Jest natomiast Sedzia Sadu Okregowego (Richter am Bezirksgericht - nie "Bezirksrichter"). W tym przypadku wiec: Sedzia delegowany Sadu Okregowego "nazwisko" (sprawozdawca) [delegierter Richter am Bezirksgericht XXX (Berichterstatter)" (Dopisuje po niemiecku, bo chyba na ten jezyk tlumaczysz.) |
