Po angielsku to ponoć "ceiling mortgage" (za kudoz http://esl.proz.com/?sp=gloss/term&id=2673333), a po polsku? Będę niezmiernie wdzięczna za jak najszybszą pomoc (tłumaczenie muszę oddać na jutro rano).
